PORTFOLIO LYRIS

PROJECT & CHALLENGES

Lyris had been a leader in email marketing technology for over 12 years but had fallen behind. Their legacy products were no longer scalable and Lyris was losing customers. My team's goal was to design a catalog of mini-apps to augment Lyris' data driven marketing solutions. Mini-apps could provide a means for the business to remain competitive as well as exceed competition's product offerings.

MY ROLE

Usability research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design and UAT. Managed small UX team running UX Agile process.
