Users are wary of using a privacy protection product that requires them to enter information. To solve this problem the user journey needed to become more fun and provide a credible, onboarding experience.
Additionally, the product needed to move from a fee based service to a free and/or paid product offering.

Researched other products in this space, PLUS promoted key areas of our products that are sometimes hard to communicate to users.
Created conceptual design, touched on entire workflow and content areas.
Iterated on wireframes with product manager and visual designer.
Conducted iterative usability testing and feedback sessions.
Created onboarding experience that invites users to signup for free version of Reputation.com.
Created experience that raises conversions to paid plan.
